Q1:state the relationship between services and protocol.
Ans:service is a set of operations that a layer can provide to the layer above it.protocol is a set of rules which governs the format and meaning
of frames and meaning of frames packets and message(data) being exchanged between the peer entities.entities use protocol to implement their services.

    Q2:define the unacknowledged connectionless service.
Ans:it is a connectionless services. a message is sent with a high probability of arrival but there is no gurantee i.e no acknowledgement is sent.
